The 3D foam wall sticker machine is to heat the plastic sheet (board) material first, and use the mold, vacuum or pressure to deform the XPE sheet (board) material to achieve the required shape and size.
The electric furnace adopts closed heating to make the heating more uniform and reduce the loss of heat energy. It is equipped with a manual switch to control the vertical lifting of the electric furnace, which is good to control the product quality during the production process.
The thick sheets can be heated by upper and lower electric furnaces (according to customers’ requirements) to speed up the heating time and increase the production speed. After the plastic sheet is heated, they will be shaped at the molding station.
The semi-finished products are transported out by the chain and then they are punched and stacked and counted and are sent to the packing platform. The scraps are automatically curled into rolls to complete the production of the product.

1. It adopts four-cylinder four-column automatic balance structure and imported hydraulic system to ensure the pressure-preserving molding accuracy of each position ± 0.1mm.
2. When the stamping plate goes up, it will automatically slow down when it is 8mm from the product. It adopts flexible heat and pressure preservation, the forming result is better.
3. The machine adopts PLC control system. Both mold depth setting and ascending stroke are controlled on the screen which can greatly improve the pressure stability. It also has self-monitoring function. It can carry out multiple sets of memory storage according to the mold shape, when changing the mold, it is not necessary to re-set. So the operation is easy and fast.
4. The machine adopts Servo synchronous automatic unwinding-forming-winding system which is controlled by PLC. The connection between servo motor and PLC can make accurate and error-free products, which is suitable for the heating and thermal forming of large quantities of sheet products. So it saves both labor and material.
5. The heating and softening part of the oven is heated by an electric heating box, and the inverter controls the fan for air circulation heating, the result is better.
6. The feeding part adopts servo control, the needle plate pierces the material for the feeding, to prevent the material from deforming seriously when heated.
