EPE Air conditioning insulation pipe extrusion machine/production line/foam tube making machine
EPE foam machine can make different foam sheet width and thickness according to customer requirement. Meanwhile, it can also make foam pipe, foam net, foam rod, foam profile and so on through changing mould and machine parts.
The raw material of EPE foam pipe extrusion line(EPE Air conditioning insulation pipe production line,foam tube making machine) is low density polyethylene resin which is fed into the extruder with screw L/D 55:1 by automatic loading equipment. Fill with the anti-shrinking agent and foaming agent under high pressure. After cooling, extruding, it can produce the foam pipe.

2:It adopts Italy talcum powder automatic injection system with double-screw which is controlled by transducer, and makes the talcum powder enter into the extruder steadily and accurately
3:It adopts circulating water cooling method to make the temperature more steady and cool quickly
4:Die pressure control adopts diaphragm pressure gauge and equipped with die temperature display in order to guarantee its stability.
